Spark Network Services, Inc. Promotes Russell To General Manager

Evanston, Ill. - June 16, 2005 - Advanced Telecom Services, the parent company of Spark Network Services, Inc., announced the promotion of Darrell Russell to General Manager. Russell will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spark Network Services, Inc. office in Evanston, Ill.

Spark, recently acquired by Wayne, Pa. based Advanced Telecom Services, is the leading provider of interactive, non-traditional revenue solutions to media affiliates and their audiences worldwide.

"Darrell has seven years experience at Spark and is knowledgeable about all the facets of the business," said Bob Bentz, Co-Owner of Advanced Telecom Services. "He was a natural choice to oversee the exciting new products we are bringing to the audio industry."

Russell joined Spark in 1997 as Operations Manager. The following year, he was promoted to Station Relations Manager, where he served as a liaison between Spark and more than 100 radio stations on the east coast. Russell also served as the company’s Product Manager and Director of Consumer Marketing before being appointed the Director of Operations in 2001. Prior to joining Spark, Russell served as the Retail Operations Manager for Aramark in Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore.
